Job Title: RRW (FT, Casual positions available)

Position Summary:
RRW will work to full scope of practice by providing day to day care to the residents under the direct supervision of the Supervisor of Resident Care.

Responsibilities include assisting with resident care, bathing, dressing, mobilizing, communication/documentation, assessment, light cleaning, meal preparation and cooking, and completion of other related duties as assigned.
- Provide person centered care to the resident.
- Communicates with the Supervisor of Resident Care
- Attends and participates in monthly meetings, multi-team meetings as required.
- Documents appropriately.
- Supports orientation of new staff.
- Helps to ensure a safe working environment.
- Must have the ability to work well with others.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Good team player.
- Physically able to perform the assigned tasks.
- 12 hour shifts (Day 7am-7pm, and Night 7pm-7am)
- Full Time 36-48 hours/week - based off of position.
- Full time
