**Responsibilities**:

- Produce detailed, accurate paperwork, including invoice creation, to ensure timely shipping of perishable seafood products
- Assist with the coordination of stock and supply transfer to and from various on and off-site locations
- Maintaining database of large-scale production and supply inventory
- Assist with shipping logistics for deliveries going from Vancouver to international locations (Japan, China, UK etc.)
- Ensure accurate shipping and production procedures are implemented from start to finish
- Provide hands-on support to production crew members

**Role Requirements**:

- Self-motivated and driven to succeed as an integral team member
- Proficient MS Excel knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and allocate time accordingly to the task and impact on business
- Ability to multitask and maintain foresight of delivery locations and procedures
- Outstanding attention to detail

- High accountability and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
