**job description**:
Under the supervision of the control quality manager, the incumbent is responsible for the receipt and careful inspection of all types of returned goods. In addition, he makes the adequate and judicious storage of the goods after inspection. More specifically, the incumbent is responsible for:
**Receipt and inspection of returned products**
- Receive items from Shipping, Laboratory or others.
- Make a first complete receipt of the returned goods by comparing the number of packages to the delivery note.
- Check that all returned goods are accompanied by their respective RGA (Return Goods Authorization).
- Compare descriptions and quantities of items received against RGA information. Check and confirm item descriptions, quantities of all merchandise returns
- Inform the team (the Shipping Department, the Inspection Department, the immediate superior and the colleagues concerned) of the discrepancies between RGA / Delivery note, and the physical shipment.
- Inform the inspection department after the first complete inspection. Transfer goods there on request or in an emergency.
- Return to stock all items or parts received after inspection.
- Return to stock all orders canceled and received from the shipping department.
- Update Dynamics AX ERP without delay (Change status to RECEIVED / CREDIT)

**Storage of goods and warehouse activities**
- After the inspection, carry out the correct arrangement of the stocks in order to optimize the storage space.
- Make sure that no goods are stored directly on the ground (Always use a pallet).
- Store all products (parts, accessories, and others) at the assigned location.
- Properly store inventory and ensure it is easily accessible.
- Establish monthly statistics related to merchandise returns (Excel table).

**Qualifications required**:

- Have 1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse work.
- Have a good verbal and written level in French and/or English.
- Have at least a secondary school certificate.
- Have knowledge of the Office suite (Excel-intermediate level)
- Be rigorous and methodical.
- Have specific knowledge of the items stocked in the store.
- Be able to handle a maximum weight of 70 pounds
