Branch Managersare responsible for all operations throughout their market, including sales, safety, standards, delivering financial results, providing a customer-oriented service experience, and developing their people.

This position will be for our **New ICS Location located at - 38 McCarville Drive in Charlottetown PEI.**

**Wage**:55,000-95,000**

**Shift: 7:00am-4:30pm**

**What will you do**:

- Drive Sales by engaging with your sales team and customers directly to identify commercial sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the purchasing team and sales to drive growth
- Engage and motivates team members with energy/optimism, through company vision and effectively promote leadership at all levels
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results and implement business improvements
- Manage the Branch P&L
- Communicate with honesty and integrity, and creates the space for others to do the same
- Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure
- Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships
- Identify new product or market opportunities to expand the business
- Open to continuous improvement and responsible for independent learning

**What you will bring**:

- 5 years management experience in the commercial or industrial space
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to leverage technology for project management, analysis and solving problems (including Microsoft Office Suite)
- Safety mindset
- Ability to sell technical products
- Undergraduate Degree is an asset

We work with the best brands in the commercial building space for interior fit up, commercial roofing, foundation supplies, above and below grade membranes and coatings as well as the required tools and accessories.

As a part of the Retail and Distribution Division of JD Irving Limited, we strive to deliver exceptional customer service through our fast and flexible fleet delivery system, technical expertise, and commitment to safety. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
