**Job Description**:
The Project Coordinator supports the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of key Kids Come First - Winning Strategies projects and initiatives. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for working with partners (both internal and external) to develop Kids Come First - Winning Strategies tools, resources, products and processes that will be shared internally and externally to inform and facilitate the implementation of the Winning Strategies linguistic protocol.

The incumbent will have demonstrated experience in project management and coordination, excellent communication (both verbal and written), presentation and networking skills and demonstrated skill in partnership development.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plans, coordinates and supports activities intended to meet the information needs of service providers and their agencies in the pediatric health care sector, centered around children, youth and families.
- Coordinates with Kids Come First staff, partners and content area experts to support the development and refinement of tools, resources, products and processes.
- Contributes to the synthesis of evidence for the Winning Strategies project and its impact on improving outcomes.
- Supports the coordination of opportunities and events. This includes data collection and distribution of information (e.g. # of participants, topics) with the Winning Strategies programs, services and networks via the Kids Come First website and other communications tools.
- Networks and promotes the Winning Strategies activities and evidence-informed training for external partners and engages in related public awareness and engagement efforts.
- Fosters relationships with community partners through the planning and coordination of conferences and meetings.
- Creates and maintains project files and relevant databases to support corporate activities. Supports planning, coordination and logistics associated with internal activities and processes.
- Attends relevant Kids Come First meetings and collaborates with Kids Come First project staff around relevant topics.
- Contributes to the Winning Strategies internal evaluation activities, including facilitating data collection, developing survey tools, collating and interpreting results to support program improvement.
- Provides regular updates to leaders and supervisors regarding the projects they are supporting.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Performs work in accordance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations and all CHEO corporate/departmental policies and procedures related to Occupational Health and Safety.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Criminal Record Check (CRC) (Essential)
- Degree in a related program and/or experience and formal training combined with demonstrated performance. (Essential)
- Project management experience (2-3 years) (Essential)
- High degree of interpersonal skills and partnership development experience (Essential)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment (Essential)
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication with internal and external colleagues and partners (Essential)
- Excellent organizational skills (Essential)
- Excellent MS Office Skills; data management, including advanced use of MS Excel (Essential)
- Bilingualism (English/French) (Essential)
