We are hiring for a Clinical Specialist to join our team, based out of Toronto, to work with and support the physician users of Khure’s cutting-edge healthcare AI products in Canada, specifically our AI Clinical Co-Pilot (Decision Support) platform in primary care and various specialties.

Position Overview:
The Clinical Specialist is responsible for developing expertise in a multitude of rare and complex chronic disease areas in order to provide education on specific diseases and disease-specific algorithm logic, along with case-based care pathway assistance to physician users of Khure’s AI Clinical Co-Pilot who are caring for these patients. Khure Health Clinical Specialists help physicians every day to maximize the use of Khure’s AI-enabled technology to improve patient care. The Clinical Specialist will work closely with Khure’s machine learning and technical teams, medical advisors, and an expanding panel of key opinion leaders to build and further develop best-in-class clinical tools for our clients. The Khure AI Clinical Co-Pilot allows physicians to identify high-risk and potentially undiagnosed, rare and complex disease patients in their practice in need of further investigation using proprietary algorithms, natural language processing and machine learning techniques. The result is that patients with rare and specialty conditions get the care they need faster, lives are saved, and over-burdened physicians get the unique support our innovative technology can provide.

Responsibilities Include:

- Working directly with physicians and assisting with complex patient care pathways and providing medical education
- Supporting the development and maintenance of disease specific educational materials
- Researching and critiquing medical literature and working with thought leaders to define best in class clinical criteria
- Working with highly technical teams to translate clinical requirements into disease-specific patient identification algorithms and other offerings to our clients
- Clinical product quality control, in-field testing, tracking, reporting and continuous quality improvement practices
- Engaging with large corporate clients and their leadership to plan and coordinate custom clinical product needs
- Tracking, developing and presenting program reports and updates to customers
- Fulfilling reporting requirements for our disease-specific programs and clinical trials, including day-to-day entry within our CRM system.
- Continually striving for excellence in clinical customer service
- Achieving individual and departmental objectives as determined in collaboration with management
- This is a field-based remote role with occasional travel requirements and occasional requirements to work at our local office.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum -MD, or PhD in life sciences.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical practice, or research with demonstrated experience of working with a diverse set of physicians, scientists, and key opinion leaders.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to identify and engage thought leaders to solve problems.
- Proven ability to understand a range of complex diseases, disease mechanisms, clinical presentations and produce publishable scientific content.
- Proven ability to critically analyze and organize diagnostic criteria.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, and medical writing capabilities.
- Deep love of scientific and clinical problems with the self-drive to solve problems creatively in a fast-moving environment.
- High Proficiency in written and spoken English a must. Bilingualism (French) is considered an asset.
