**CRITERIA FOR INTERVIEW**:
University Degree in any field related to information technology or business

Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in either an information technology or business environment in a large-scale ERP project involving service transformation and the creation or analysis of solution specification documents for the business/vendor

Business Analysis certification (CBAP) would be an asset

Experience in the public sector would be an asset

Applied knowledge of decomposition techniques and proficiency in gathering data requirements and mapping data for complex business processes

Evidence of consistently producing precise, clear, and concise documentation for software requirements specification

Demonstrates the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and effectively distribute significant volumes of information while paying close attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication skills, enabling easy interaction with stakeholders in various scenarios such as one-on-one interviews, information-gathering sessions, surveys, and questionnaires

Exhibits excellent organization and time management skills, allowing for the prioritization of tasks and timely completion

Ability to work under deadlines and possesses strong self-motivation, professionalism, excellent organizational skills

Proficient in working independently, collaboratively, and utilizing a consensus decision-making approach

**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Reporting to and under the direction of the Senior Manager, Project Portfolio Management, the primary function of this position is to support various important technology projects and play an integral part of a collaborative team of professionals. The position will serve as a Business Analyst for various other ICT-related projects, offering support and expertise across multiple initiatives. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Act as a systems or solution consultant with the organization to gather requirements and articulate a workable solution

Identify operational objectives by examining business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats

Enhance systems by studying current practices and devising appropriate modifications

Model and enhance business process diagrams and related models, utilizing tools such as Confluence, Miro, flowcharts, Visio, etc.

Develop new software specifications by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing detailed specifications

Identify problems and recommend controls, improving written procedures

Maintain system protocols by documenting and updating procedures

Effectively communicate and translate business process capabilities and desired outcomes between various business process areas and the ICT Services division

Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends

Support the development of testing plans, addressing overall requirements and the design specifics of subsystems and components

Assist in the design of training programs and workshops by conducting training needs analysis and cont
