En tant que spécialiste de produits, vous aurez la responsabilité de gérer toutes les étapes de la vie d’un produit et d’en devenir l’expert en la matière. Pour tous les produits sous votre portfolio, vous aurez la responsabilité d'explorer de nouvelles technologies, de vérifier la faisabilité par les équipes MSSS, de développer des partenariats avec les fournisseurs, de prévoir l’implantation du produit, le suivi et le soutien aux installations, le soutien technique aux clients, le suivi du parc d’appareils et de participer à l’amélioration continue du produit (avec les manufacturiers).

**Emplacement**:Vous travaillerez à partir de notre bureau de Montréal dans un mode de travail hybride. Nous pouvons vous demander de voyager occasionnellement afin de visiter les installations chez nos marchands.

**Vos responsabilités - Votre carrière à Moneris**:

- Gérer et supporter les installations sur sites des produits ciblés en collaborant avec divers partenaires internes et externes (clients, partenaires, techniciens, équipes des ventes et finances) pour assurer le succès des installations sur sites des produits.
- Participer aux tâches nécessaires à l’implantation des nouveaux produits (évaluation des produits, rédaction de guides marketing et techniques, estimation des temps d’installations et de remplacements, mise en place des processus opérationnels liés aux installations sur sites)
- Fournir un soutien aux marchands conformément aux standards de Moneris (suivi des Service level agreements, interface avec les partenaires logiciels et les manufacturiers) et s'assurer que les produits atteignent les standards de qualité souhaités (taux de bris, retours).
- Participer et initier des activités promotionnelles permettant d’assurer la visibilité des produits sous son portfolio avec les fournisseurs de logiciels (ISV) afin de développer les produits sur plusieurs plateformes logicielles et ainsi augmenter l’offre.
- Analyser et rechercher les nouveautés dans le domaine de point de vente et souligner les opportunités d’acquisition ou de développement d’un nouveau produit au moyen de rapports de recommandations.

- Baccalauréat requis dans une discipline connexe ou expérience de travail équivalente
- 2+ ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (lu, écrit et parlé) requise
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et excellentes aptitudes au service de service à la clientèle
- Compréhension technique de base de divers systèmes points de vente (POS) ou des systèmes électromécaniques

**Location**:You will work from our Montreal office in a Hybrid work model. We may ask you for occasional travel to visit our merchants' installations

**Reporting Relationship**: You will report to Manager, Field Technical Support

**Your Moneris Career - What you'll do**:

- Implement, support and manage the installation of new technology products that Moneris offers. Help create different operational processes that ensure the success of the installations
- Monitor the equipment pool of new technology products and help with the implementation of multiple control measures.
- You will be the intermediary between manufacturers of new technology products and independent software vendors (ISVs).
- Organize and run activities that promote the products in your portfolio.
- Search for several new technology products and improvements in the point of sale (POS) industry and examine them.

**Your Moneris Career - What you bring**:

- Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years' experience in a similar position.
- Bilingualism in French and English (reading, writing and verbal) is required.
- Experience working in a team and providing excellent customer service.
- Basic technical understanding of point-of-sale (POS) or electromechanical systems.
