**Core Responsibilities**
- Growing our business through exceptional customer service
- Strive to achieve and exceed your personal sales goals which directly contributes to the stores weekly and monthly sales goals
- Keep current on our product and services updates
- Display a “customer comes first” attitude. Ensuring that customer loyalty is continuously being built and maintained.
- Greet all customers who enter the store with enthusiasm, passion, and professionalism.
- Be a team player and contribute to the store’s success
- Perform POS (point of sales transactions) and merchandising tasks such as receiving shipments, replenishments, markdowns, and fitting room upkeep
- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the dress code and image guidelines
- Control loss prevention through our exceptional customer service and in store awareness

**Requirements and Competencies**
- Upbeat, passionate, friendly, and optimistic
- Some retail experience preferably in apparel
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers
- Ability to understand the customers needs
- Flexible availability
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (boxes, clothing, mannequins, fixtures, etc.) for a short distance
- Ability to climb a ladder and step stool
- Ability to lift heavy items up to 40lbs

Part-time hours: 10-25 per week
