**Associated Grocers**has an opening for an Office Clerk for our Produce office division located in Surrey. This position is Full-Time.
**Shifts: Monday-Thursday(1:30pm-10:00pm), Friday( 8am-4pm)**
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Data entry
- Strong Customer service skills are a must
- Printing of computer reports
- Answering telephone inquiries
- General maintenance of office documents and filing
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
- Invoicing/printing orders
- Must have a vehicle
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of BC Geography
- detailed oriented
**Qualifications Required**:
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to 100% customer service.
- Able to prioritize and organize position responsibilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines with a minimum of supervision.
- Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written.
- Excellent telephone skills and manners.
- Strong keyboard skills and proficiency with ten key calculators.
- Desire to produce accurate and timely results.
- Flexible schedule - available to pick up extra shifts as necessary
