**Role Overview**:
As the **Director of Digital Marketing Agency Services**, you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing agency services on behalf of our specialty healthcare practices clients in the USA, Canada, Australia and the UK. You will be responsible for managing, guiding and training digital marketers, paid-advertising specialists, analysts and graphic designers on the execution of high quality digital marketing campaigns.

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Director to join our awesome marketing team As the Director of Digital Marketing -Agency Services at BoomerangFX, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the a high volume of campaigns globally.

Digital marketing agency services are an extremely important element of our company's success. You will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives as we position our Company’s as the world’s largest software, marketing and learning platform in private-pay specialty healthcare.

**Please note that this is a 5 days/week In-Office position, based in our office in Mississauga, ON.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute high performing digital marketing strategies to generate consistent and predictable leads and sales across for clients.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to execute campaigns effectively.
- Analyze key metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and other KPIs to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to keep our company ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Participate in client pitch proposals and high-value client relationships
- Monitor and maintain client relationships, responding to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of direct or related experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing Strategy/Campaigns
- 5+ years of managing a team in a marketing or agency environment
- 5+ years Marketing Agency experience (preferred)
