**Que ferez-vous ?**

En tant que **Conseiller en magasin bilingue**, vous serez membre de notre programme Whirlpool. Vous avez une passion pour le service à la clientèle et vous vous épanouissez sur le terrain, en établissant des relations avec les associés des ventes au détail des partenaires commerciaux. Vous y parviendrez grâce à un marchandisage efficace, à l'éducation des vendeurs au détail sur la centrale Whirlpool et au placement efficace de la PLV.

**Responsabilités**:

- Exécuter le plan de couverture dans le territoire assigné
- Maintenir sa connaissance des produits et services de Whirlpool et se tenir au courant des derniers développements en matière de produits et de services.
- Effectuer des vérifications complètes du plancher à l'aide de la technologie requise.
- Effectuer la mise en place de la PLV dans le territoire assigné.
- Vérifier les prix chaque semaine
- Éduquer et transmettre les messages clés de Whirlpool
- Maintenir les modèles d'étage sur le plancher de vente en les nettoyant, en commandant les pièces manquantes, en listant les promotions et en plaçant correctement les PLV.
- Vente assistée
- Fournir des commentaires sur le terrain (saisis dans le système de rapports).
- Autres responsabilités selon les besoins

**Qualifications**:

- Formation post-secondaire, de préférence
- Expérience dans le domaine des gros appareils ménagers et/ou de la vente au détail fortement préférée
- Capacité naturelle à établir rapidement un rapport avec les autres et à être l'expert de confiance sur les produits et services de Whirlpool.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication
- Capacité avérée à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à rester organisé
- Flexibilité pour travailler sur tous les quarts de travail, y compris les soirs et les fins de semaine.
- Être disponible pour voyager dans une proportion de 40 % du rôle
- Posséder une voiture fiable à conduire et un permis de conduire
- Doit être bilingue - **Français et Anglais**

- Possède d'excellentes aptitudes à la communication
- Aime découvrir ou apprendre quelque chose de nouveau
- S'épanouit dans un environnement en constante évolution et accepte le changement.
- Une expérience dans la vente au détail, le service à la clientèle ou l'hôtellerie est un atout.
