BodegaPR is looking for a highly enthusiastic & detail
- oriented individual who is interested in joining our team as an intern. This person will focus on supporting the team through media relations campaigns and managing social media channels for our clients. This is a valuable opportunity for someone seeking a hands-on introduction to PR.

This is a 3-month, paid position at $16/hr, with a time commitment of 10-15 hours per week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist teams in the development and execution of media campaigns
- Perform media scans and update coverage reports
- Build media kits and coordinate delivery
- Update media lists and research new contacts
- Draft and send media pitches
- Contribute to social media content development for client accounts
- Create and maintain monthly content calendars (writing copy & choosing creative)
- Support with community management of client social media accounts
- Support with blog writing
- Perform research

**Must Haves**:

- Knowledge of major outlets in the Canadian media landscape
- Creativity and enthusiasm
- Passion for working with brands in the food/beverage, lifestyle and wellness industries
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and competing priorities
- Exceptional writing and verbal communications skills
- Experience with social media for B2B and B2C brands
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous internship experience in public relations and social media is considered an asset

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour
