Summary: The **Marketing Coordinator** is responsible for completing a variety marketing tasks, including building and executing a comprehensive marketing plan. This includes social media posts and videos, site photography, newsletters, branding, website updates, etc. as determined through the evaluation of marketing metrics.

**Hours**: 9 AM - 4 PM, five days per week, increased/decreased as needed

**Reports to**: Director of Sales and Marketing

**Job Duties**:

- Create content for social media to post everyday and maintain an active involvement in our social media accounts
- Manage marketing budget
- Complete all booking of site photography as well as prepare the jobsites for site photography
- Ensure that website is accurate and up-to-date
- Ensure that company presentation (office, yard, uniforms, vehicles, job site, presentation docs, etc..) aligns with brand
- Present information from research and reports, provide recommendations, and develop and implement growth strategies for system improvements
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications
- Client relationship development (surveys, phone calls, meeting preparation)
- Create and send out e-newsletter
- Assist sales people as required

**Requirements**:

- Submission of recent portfolio of work completed
- Completion of university degree or applicable college diploma
- Capable of using Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is an asset
- Time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Speak, read, and write English
- Ability to use graphic design tools
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Familiarity with social media platforms

**Salary**: $23.00-$32.00 per hour
