Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Arborist to join our team. As an Arborist, you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of trees and shrubs, ensuring their health and safety. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.

**Duties**:

- Perform tree assessments to determine health, stability, and potential risks
- Prune and trim trees
- Remove dead or hazardous branches using proper techniques and equipment
- Conduct tree planting activities
- Operate specialized equipment such as rigging gear, bucket trucks, and chainsaws
- Collaborate with team members to complete landscape maintenance tasks
- Provide guidance and recommendations to clients regarding tree care practices

**Skills**:

- Experience with rigging techniques for safe tree removals
- Competency in bucket truck operation for elevated work
- Knowledge of garden and landscape maintenance practices
- Strong understanding of tree biology, diseases, pests, and treatment methods

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Climbing expereince
