**Duties and Responsibilities to Meet Objectives**
- In charge of daily cash position updates and follow-ups.
- Responsible for the matching and verification of all authorized purchase orders to receiving reports and supplier invoices. Consistent action and written follow-ups for ensuring accuracy and completeness of all suppliers, services & logistics invoices.
- Balancing all accruals and payables and reconciling intercompany receivable and payable accounts at each month-end.
- Ensuring a smooth liaison with Accounts Receivable and General ledger accounting at each month-end.
- Monthly processing of all employee expense reports, subcontractors, consultants, government remittances and service provider bills while ensuring they have been properly authorized.
- Work in close collaboration with the Controller, transport logistics and procurement in matters related to purchase authorization and procedures for payable processing.
- Other related duties as assigned upon more in-depth knowledge.

**Educational Requirements to Meet Objectives**

A certificate in accounting (DEC or equivalent). Basic accounting knowledge together with a methodical and analytical mind.

Computer skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel) are expected.

Ease in an ERP system or AS400 Accounting system is an asset.

- Fri with an hour lunch from 12 pm to 1pm,

Salary range: mid $ 40k range commensurate with experience.

Tâches et responsabilités pour atteindre les objectifs
- En charge des mises à jour quotidiennes de la position de trésorerie et des suivis.
- Responsable de l'appariement et de la vérification de tous les bons de commande autorisés à la réception des rapports et des factures des fournisseurs. Action cohérente et suivis écrits pour garantir l'exactitude et l'exhaustivité de toutes les factures des fournisseurs, des services et de la logistique.
- Équilibrer tous les comptes de régularisation et de paiement et rapprocher les comptes débiteurs et créditeurs intersociétés à chaque fin de mois.
- Assurer une liaison harmonieuse avec les comptes clients et la comptabilité générale à chaque fin de mois.
- Traitement mensuel de tous les rapports de dépenses des employés, des sous-traitants, des consultants, des remises gouvernementales et des factures des fournisseurs de services tout en s'assurant qu'ils ont été dûment autorisés.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le contrôleur, la logistique du transport et l'approvisionnement sur les questions liées à l'autorisation d'achat et aux procédures de traitement des payables.
- Autres tâches connexes assignées selon des connaissances plus approfondies.

Exigences scolaires pour atteindre les objectifs

Un certificat en comptabilité (DEC ou équivalent). Connaissances de base en comptabilité associées à un esprit méthodique et analytique.

Des compétences informatiques et une bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) sont attendues.

La maîtrise d'un système ERP ou d'un système comptable AS400 est un atout.
