**Position Summary**:
We are seeking an energetic and outgoing individual for the position of a Safety and Compliance Coordinator out of our terminal in Montreal

**Hours: Monday to Friday Day Shift 8:30am to 5:00pm**

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Road Tests
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with Hours of Service, ELD's.
- Responsible for the administration/investigation of all accidents;
- Responsible for driver data management and data entry into our Driver Database - CollectiveData;
- Responsible for licensing of equipment (tractors & trailers);
- Monitor and maintain PEVL/NIR;
- Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of all driver files;
- Maintain monthly and weekly reports surrounding compliance and data management;
- Assist in driver recruitment and orientation process for owner-operators
- Assist in new driver orientation for all new hires;
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Class 1 License is Mandatory**:

- GeoTab System experience considered **an asset.**:

- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Must maintain high levels of organization and communication.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively.
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment and meet deadlines.

Nous recherchons une personne énergique et extravertie pour le poste de coordonnateur de la sécurité et de la conformité à notre terminal de Montréal

**Horaires**: du lundi au vendredi de jour de 8h30 à 17h00

**Responsabilités du poste**:

- Effectuer des essais routiers;
- Responsable d'assurer le respect des heures de service, ELD.
- Responsable de l'administration/enquête de tous les accidents;
- Responsable de la gestion des données des conducteurs et de la saisie des données dans notre base de données des conducteurs - CollectiveData;
- Responsable des licences d'équipement (tracteurs et remorques);
- Surveiller et maintenir PEVL/NIR;
- Responsable de la maintenance quotidienne de tous les dossiers des conducteurs;
- Maintenir des rapports mensuels et hebdomadaires concernant la conformité et la gestion des données;
- Participer au processus de recrutement et d'orientation des chauffeurs pour les propriétaires-exploitants;
- Aider à l'orientation des nouveaux chauffeurs pour toutes les nouvelles recrues;
- Autres tâches assignées.

**Qualifications et compétences**:

- Le permis de classe 1 est obligatoire
- Expérience du système GeoTab considérée comme un atout.
- Doit être compétent avec Microsoft Office.
- Doit maintenir des niveaux élevés d'organisation et de communication.
- Capacité à hiérarchiser et à organiser efficacement le travail.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement à volume élevé et à respecter les délais.
