**Tes challenges du quotidien**:

- Devenir de lead de l'équipe **People/RH** (Recrutement, Accompagnement, Culture)
- Superviser et soutenir le processus de **recrutement de Tech expatriés**
- Recruter, former et inspirer l'équipe RH
- Planifier, élaborer, appliquer et évaluer les stratégies en matière de ressources humaines et de relations de travail
- Mettre en place des nouveaux partenariats pour améliorer la visibilité de Maplr en France et à l'international
- Développer des relations solides et de confiance avec les Maplrs grâce à la bienveillance notamment en se montrant disponible et professionnel mais aussi authentique
- Promouvoir Maplr à travers les réseaux sociaux
- Proposer des actions pour promouvoir la **culture** et les **valeurs** de Maplr
- Utiliser la data pour analyser les process de recrutement et proposer des améliorations
