**Department Overview**: Motorola Video Security & Access Control division is seeking a dynamic employee to lead our efforts to streamline and improve our Partner experience with our Digital Tools. This person will report to the Sr. Manager, Digital Experience, and work with a cross-functional team of Product Owners, Product Managers, Digital Experience leads, and Delivery teams.
**In this role you will:

- Interview internal and external stakeholders to map the Product Lifecycle from inception to end of life.
- Define and drive delivery of the annual roadmap for Partner Portal
- Work collaboratively with the cross functional teams to create a unified Digital Experience
- Work closely with Support, Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance to gather customer feedback and introduce product updates.
- Help build a culture within the company of being data-driven and user-focused
- Consensus builder able to facilitate discussions with customers and partners.
- Work closely with IT team to deliver cohesive and complementary online tools.
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Problem Solving skills and ability to think outside the box
- Ability to multi-task and operate effectively within a fast-paced team environment, work independently and effectively manage personal targets.
- 5 years experience in Product Management or similar roles
- Experience with CRM or Salesforce and/or Tableau is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
