**Position**: Ceiling Lift Specialist

**Location**: Québec

**The impact you will have**

The Ceiling Lift Specialist is responsible for driving the demand of product usage in all care settings to achieve financial and strategic goals within the province of Québec.

As the **Ceiling Lift Specialist **you will be responsible for:

- _You will project an air of “sales confidence” in dealing with internal and external customers and stakeholders (such as Assessment Professionals, Architects, Engineers and Construction Professionals) with the ability to overcome company challenges and client scrutiny to help build the business case to achieve the best outcome for both the customer and Arjo._
- _A resilient seller, you will be driven, with the enthusiasm and hunger for success, along with the determination to consistently meet challenging targets and demands from both internal and external customers._
- _An effective business planner, you will identify future opportunities for yourself and the team to support Arjo growth plans. You will effectively use CRM systems to plan and follow up your business leads._
- _An effective negotiator you will adapt styles and approaches to enable clients to relate to you, and allow you the opportunity to provide the most appropriate and tailored service. _
- _Comfortable with change, you are flexible and adaptable._
- _Patient with the ability to listen will allow you to understand fully the client’s requirements, whilst enabling you to adapt to change. You will use this adaptiveness to help the customer identify areas that “keep them awake at night”, where Arjo can support. _

**The skills you will need**
- Knowledge of CAD software and DWG
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all business dealings.
- Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of medical terminology, provincial funding knowledge by sector, and third party payer claims preferably in the Health Care market. Ability to work with Architects, Planners and Engineers
- Must be willing to travel to attend scheduled business and corporate functions as required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
- Provide support after hours, on weekends and holidays as required.
- Strong commercial and financial understanding.

- Sufficient, enthusiastic, optimistic with a “Can Do” attitude and resilient.
