To be successful as a Front Desk Coordinator, you should have a pleasant personality. You should be able to multitask and deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner as well as have strong organizational skills. You should also believe attention to detail is an important skill; and have excellent communication skills to effectively to understand and resolve consumer needs. Ultimately, a Front Desk Coordinator’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities-**
- Greet people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions, and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them
- Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them within our message system
- Manage the building log of who is entering and exiting the building
- Accept deliveries and mail, and manage outgoing mail, local and international couriers, and packages for pickup
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter
- Handle filing and data entry as requested
- Updating information in GS1
- Handle consumer complaints by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure the consumer is satisfied.
- Provide support for teams when necessary
- Learn about our products to be able to answer any basic questions from customers
- Track various consumer care tasks and conduct follow-ups in a timely manner
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Support other departments as necessary

**Requirements and skills**
- Minimum of 2 years work experience as a Front Desk Coordinator or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Administrative skills to be able to use basic computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite; as well as general office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional appearance, with an empathetic ear and a customer service attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and work independently
- Excellent organizational skills
- Flexibility to be able to move between activities and duties quickly if priorities change

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
