Fleet Clerk

We are seeking a **Fleet Clerk. **Are you a self-starter, adaptable and quickly able to change direction or focus? If this is you and you’re ready for your next destination then you have cruised to the right spot

As a Fleet Clerk your primary responsibility is to ensure vehicles are ready to be rented. Which includes coordinating oil changes, detailing, registration, inventory, staging, and tracking non-retable vehicles. In this role you will be required to work inside in an office setting and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Wage: $21.00 per hour

**Responsibilities Include**:
Coordinate the activities required to make vehicles rental ready such as inspections and registrations

Help organize the staging of vehicles on lot to ensure that quick action is taken for vehicles based on their status

Review non-rentable units (out of service)

Working closely with the Fleet Manager to resolve status issues and get cars back on the road

Inventory vehicles and monitoring asset control, to include adding new asset tags to incoming fleet and ensuring that current fleet is properly monitored

**Essential Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Canadian driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
- 20 years of age
- Prior experience in the car rental industry preferred, but not required.
- Prior asset control experience preferred, but not required.
- Prior logistic or transportation experience preferred, but not required.
