Stonebridge Lease Financing Solutions (“Stonebridge”) is an independent financial services company with proven expertise in sourcing, arranging, structuring, and administering private debt investments. Stonebridge spun off from Stonebridge Financial Corporation, which was founded in 1998 with equity participation at the time by three Canadian life insurance companies.

Stonebridge is a specialized financial services company with a proven track record in the Canadian equipment lease and financing market. Stonebridge’s role is to bring funders and borrowers together and to monitor the performance of the portfolios and borrowers. We facilitate a simple structure between a leasing company and a lender, allowing the leasing company to borrow against the future cash flow of their funded lease portfolio. Our structure is unique in that borrowers continue to maintain a direct relationship with their lessees, including collecting lease payments, negotiating, and pricing while optimizing their corporate cash flow.

**Portfolio Administration**
- Complete monthly and quarterly reporting while adhering to payment dates.
- Ensure reporting from the borrower is received in accordance with their facility agreement.
- Ensure Borrower’s monthly reporting templates via the Stonebridge database are populated accurately based on the facility agreement and corresponding information received from the borrower.
- Ensure reports produced by the Stonebridge database matches Stonebridge’s portfolio report.
- Assist with borrowers’ audits
- Perform due diligence on sample leases and supporting documents to ensure compliance with their facility agreement.
- Ensure receipt and distribution of funding documents in a timely manner.

**Off-Site Security Control**
- Ensure advances (contracts) packages are complete prior to being sent off-site.
- Maintain reporting system for all security held off-site.
- Review monthly invoices.

Assist the Vice President with Borrower Audits.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, recognize the importance of data integrity and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of equipment financing and securitization would be considered an asset.
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills, knowledge of PivotTable and Vlookup.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
