**Responsibilities**:

- Successfully cost and bid on projects.
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, goals, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements, managing project budgets and ensuring resources are utilized effectively.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, creating and implementing contingency plans as necessary.
- Act as a primary point of contact and build excellent relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze successful completion of short
- and long-term goals.
- Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans, and expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with all project-related standards, policies, and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Project Management, Business Administration, etc.); or a Diploma from an accredited Technology Institute (BCIT, SAIT) PMP certification is a plus.
- 10 years proven working experience as a Project Manager in the construction field.
- 5 years proven work experience as a Project Estimator in the construction field.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and drive teams to success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability and resilience to manage multiple concurrent projects.
