Drake International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Construction Estimator to join our team. As an experienced professional in the field, you will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive estimates for heavy civil projects.
Estimated Salary$125,000 - $165,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Civil Construction Estimator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Estimate Production: Develop and maintain detailed estimates for complex heavy civil projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Proposal Review: Collaborate with project teams to review proposal specifications and drawings, determining the scope of work and required estimate contents.
- Final Estimate Review: Assist in reviewing final estimates to ensure alignment with project schedules and cost goals.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5+ years' experience in civil construction estimation.
- A University Degree, College Diploma, or certificate in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and planning concepts.
