Inventory Associate

**Inventory Associate**

**Department**:Inventory

**Reports To**:Materials Manager

**Days/Hours**:Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed - willingness to vary hours

**Compensation**:Hourly

**Location**:Leamington, ON

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to adhere to and maintain and promote a positive company culture.
- Monitor daily inventory levels.
- Perform accurate inventory transactions in various ERP formats through data entry.
- Verification of all issuing and returning of goods from various departments within the facility.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, blending, and sampling events.
- Fully support training of production associates in inventory principals and ERP processes.
- Participate in daily, weekly, monthly counts and cycle counting events.
- Assist in inventory events such as reorganization, staging, picking, labelling, etc.
- Promptly communicate identified discrepancies to leads and managers and document accordingly.
- Be willing to assist teams and pivot focus' in a rapidly changing environment.
- Maintains strict adherence to established procedures.
- Other duties that may be assigned by the Company.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years experience in warehousing or production.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and adaptability.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate strong working relationships in a team environment is a must.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and performing perpetual movement throughout production and various storage areas.
- Lift Truck certification or willingness to be certified.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
