Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi station
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations

**Experience**:

- Proven 2+ years of experience as a Sushi Chef.
- Proficiency in sushi preparation techniques
- Knowledge of various types of fish and seafood used in sushi dishes
- Strong understanding of food safety practices in a kitchen
- Creativity in their plating
