Le poste implique une collaboration étroite avec les traders, les équipes de vente, les analystes commerciaux et les développeurs pour fournir et soutenir des solutions pour le trading & sales desk dans un environnement en mode DevOps.

**Vos **MISSIONS**:
**Support Fonctionnel et Technique**
- Vous fournirez un support fonctionnel pour les départements Front, Middle et Back Office sur plusieurs types d’actifs en revenu fixe (Rates, Cash loans, Exotics ) et fonctions (booking, princing, regulatory, reporting, reconciliation ).
- Vous gérerez les mises en production de logiciels, la configuration et le support de tous les composants des systèmes de production et de l’infrastructure.

**Gestion de Crise et Gestion d’Incidents**
- Vous assurerez la communication avec les utilisateurs finaux et la direction.

**Documentation**
- Vous apporterez une expertise fonctionnelle et technique pour produire et promouvoir des solutions durables et de qualité, ce qui inclut la documentation des exigences système et la rédaction du support run book.
- Vous améliorerez les processus de support existants en renforçant l’automatisation, la surveillance et la documentation.

**Collaboration**
- Vous collaborerez avec les équipes de développement/support à Bangalore, New York, Montréal, Paris et Londres.
- Vous travaillerez en partenariat avec les équipes de développement (NY/Paris) sur l’analyse et le développement dans le cadre du modèle DevOps ainsi que sur la gestion des mises en production.

**Votre **PROFIL**:

- Niveau Master (École de commerce, d’ingénieur ou Université).
- Au moins 2 ans d’expérience.

**Vos **COMPÉTENCES**:

- ** **2 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle de développeur/support.
- Bonne capacité de communication et esprit orienté client.
- Capacité de travail en équipe.
- Compétences en programmation dans un langage de script (Bash, Python, etc.).
- Connaissance d’un langage de programmation orienté objet (Java/Python/C#).

**Compétences bonus**:

- Maitrise de l’anglais (écrit / oral) obligatoire.
- Une expérience dans les produits financiers (revenu fixe) / processus métier de l’industrie financière / système de trading.
- Connaissance du cycle de vie des produits dérivés.
- Expérience des plates-formes intermédiaires (Tibco, RMDS, Ultra Messaging).
- Expérience de l’utilisation d’outils DevOps standard (Jenkins, Jira, Git, TeamCity).
