Project Manager

Job Summary

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of projects as required, including but not limited to quoting, planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, risk management, safety and quality control.
- Manage client expectations and maintain client relationships through ongoing communication and understanding of client goals and project requirements.
- Monitor project performance and budget, prepare forecasts to early identify overruns to mitigate impacts.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
- Manage project team and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
- Supervise, mentor and assess performance of project team members.
- Ensures a safe working environment following all company and client HSE policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Postsecondary degree or diploma in engineering, construction management or a related field, or significant relevant experience
- 8-10 years of progressive construction experience with leadership and mentoring preferred.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills including the ability to manage project budgets and schedules.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, project management and scheduling software, with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology.
