**Salary**:$22.50- $27.50/hr for 44-60 hrs/wk. (10-4 Rotation)

Go Asphalt 2021 Ltd. is an asphalt contractor which specializes in asphalt pavement construction and maintenance services.
Our services range from asphalt resurfacing to full-depth pavement rehabilitation with General
Contractors and Private Owners. Projects completed for our satisfied clients include Acreage
Driveways, Commercial Parking Lots, Condominium Parking Lots and Municipal Roadways.

We are currently seeking Two (2) Project Coordinator
- Summer Student/ Work Term Student positions, based out of and not limited to our Acheson, Alberta head office. This role will be based at the client’s sites.
Travel to sites outside the Edmonton areas in a company vehicle will be required on occasion.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

- Working with the Project Manager and Site Supervision, plans and manages the implementation of contracts to meet or exceed the expectations and specifications/standards set, within or below costs and timelines.
- Working closely with the Project Manager, Superintendent, Owner, Consultants,

Trade Contractors, Inspectors, and Regulatory Agencies to prepare and execute project plans.
- Responsible for implementing project contract deliverables, identifying/ communicating contract item changes to Project Manager.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as required.
- Monitor and track daily labour, equipment, material (LEM), and sub trades’ performance through cost codes and logs/ Templates.
- Coding timesheets to ensure proper cost allocation to varies applicable cost codes.
- Generate Purchase Orders and organize deliveries for site.
- Maintaining QA/QC documentation and records of all testing and inspections based on contract requirements.
- Coordinates flow of documents/ information between departments and stakeholders.
- Facilitating Daily Tailgate/Toolbox Meeting and completing Field Level Hazard
- Assessments (FLHA).
- Asist Site Supervisions to complete operator competencies checklists.

**Job Requirements**: Excellent computer skills with Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written.
- Ability to read, follow and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Working knowledge of relevant design guidelines, standards, and principles. (i.e.:

- _City of Edmonton Complete Streets Design and Construction Standards, Alberta _
- _Transportation Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, etc.) _
- Experience in the construction industry is an asset. Special consideration working with asphalt crew.
- Class 5 Drivers license or provincial equivalent with clean driving abstract.
