Assess vehicle damage and create initial repair order estimates
- Maintain regular contact with the appropriate insurance company to advise on vehicle repair status
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during and after the repair by providing information, repair updates, and a high level of service throughout the process
- Be reliable, hard-working, and ambitious

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the automotive industry a valuable asset; Insurance experience would also be considered (e.g. an automotive claims adjuster)
- Comprehensive understanding of the collision repair process; estimating, parts management, etc.
- Knowledge of Insurance “DRP” practices and guidelines
- Experience with Mitchell and Audatex estimating software
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Motivated self-starter
- Proven sales skills
- Valid driver's license

- G Driver's Licence (preferred)
