**Steele Auto Group is seeking a Collision Estimator / Advisor to join our team in St. John's, NL.**

As an Estimator / Advisor at Steele Collision Centres, you will have excellent communication and organizational skills and able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines.
**Qualifications**:
- Collision experience is an asset
- Knowledge of estimating programs (Mitchell Icloud and/or Audatex)
- Knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make the necessary decisions
- Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills are essential
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently
- Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines
- Attention to detail in all areas of work
**Responsibilities**:
- Ability to write collision repair estimates
- Provide excellent customer service through multiple streams of communication
- Work cohesively with insurance companies
- Work cohesively with the Collision team to ensure proper workflow
- General filing
- Ensure safety policies and procedures are adhered to
- Other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
