We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Customer Care Process and Communications team as an Analyst, Content Management. In this role, you will be accountable to create, update and maintain process documentation for Customer Care Operations resulting from process improvements and changes. You will be responsible to sustain an effective and user-friendly knowledge repository accessed by front and back office agents who promote customer centricity in all that we do.

What You Will Do:
- Based on requests and recommendations from team members; create, update and publish process documents to the knowledge repository using informative and consistent formats to support front and back office agents while they work customer accounts.- Work closely with members of Customer Care Operations groups including Contact Centre, Billing and Collections to proactively seek opportunities to improve process documentation based on agent and leadership feedback.- Maintain accurate and useful documents using professional language.- Assist with Customer Care Process inbox triage and follow up as necessary.- Assist with identifying and addressing communications needs to support Customer Care Operations, as necessary, promoting and assisting in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.- Support preparation of process huddle and related customer care training material as required.

Who You Are:
- Related university degree preferably in Business with a customer care experience or a combination of related certification and a minimum of 5 years directly related experience.- Advanced communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation.- Familiarity with business process functions, such as knowledge bases, process maps and documentation.- Demonstrated initiative, flexibility and reliability.- Work as an independent contributor as well as in a team environment.

Preferred:
- 2-3 years of customer care experience.- Previous experience with large scale communications.- SAP, or Customer Information System knowledge considered an asset.- Experience working in a highly regulated industry.- Knowledge of Ontario energy market (gas/electricity) and customer policies/rules/requirements.
