**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cocktail Development & Menu Planning:

- Collaborate with mixologists and bartenders to create and regularly update the cocktail menu.
- Keep abreast of current cocktail trends and innovative mixology techniques.

**Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise mixologists to ensure consistency and high-quality service.
- Organize shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing during peak times.
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, mixology skills, and customer service standards.

**Inventory Control & Procurement**:

- Manage bar inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing.
- Conduct regular stock takes and manage the order of supplies and ingredients as needed.

**Financial Management**:

- Monitor daily sales and manage costs to achieve profitability targets.
- Prepare regular financial reports related to bar operations.
- Control operational expenses while ensuring the premium quality of cocktails and service.

**Customer Service**:

- Interact with guests to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle and address any guest/team complaints or suggestions.
- Foster an environment where guests receive a memorable cocktail experience.

**Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure that the bar adheres to all local health and safety regulations.
- Monitor the responsible service of alcohol and ensure all team members are compliant.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
