FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon's overall financial performance. **a day in the life: what you’ll do**:
Reporting to the Manager, FP&A for the North America Omni team, the Financial Analyst is responsible for omni-level reporting and analytics, including:

- Ownership of traffic and returns reporting and analytics.
- Re-imagining and optimizing dashboard reporting through Power BI for North America retail team.
- Providing deep dive analyses and financial modeling for various initiatives.
- Supporting the overall North America picture, through consolidated channels financial reporting and storytelling.

**qualifications**:

- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis and reporting experience with fast paced business environments. Retail industry experience an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Business Data Analytics.
- Expert knowledge of Excel is required and working knowledge of Oracle Hyperion an asset.
- Proficiency with Power BI is an asset.
- Extremely organized, thorough and takes pride in quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner.
