**Job Description**:

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education, Training And Experience**:
A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Health Services Administration, Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant health care discipline with seven (7) to ten (10) year's recent, related experience preferably in a complex healthcare organization that includes leading projects and change initiatives with organizational impact. Previous experience facilitating and managing consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups along with excellent communication skills to function within a complex interdisciplinary environment are important assets to this role.

**Skills And Abilities**:

- Success in working effectively at senior management levels to impact and influence decision-making.
- Initiative, vision, independent thinking and creative problem-solving abilities to implement strategic initiatives.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management principles and methodologies and ability to coach team members on these skills.
- Change management, team leadership, and influencing decision-making at the individual, group, and organizational level.
- Well developed research, data collection, analysis and data visualization skills.
- Broad knowledge of patient care delivery systems in primary, acute and community settings.
- Effective facilitation, persuasion and negotiation abilities to achieve consensus, resolve conflict and achieve desired outcomes.
- Works effectively under time pressure to meet deadlines, balance work priorities and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
