Front of House Staff/ Reception

Vancouver, Canada 8 WEST CLINIC Full time

Provide top level 5 star customer service

Triage calls, and perform sales funnel management of some leads

Greet patients and ensure they feel welcomed and are comfortable

Have genuine care and interest in our customers

Perform sales duties

Book appointments and manage calendars, using a variety of software and systems

Maintain quality of service by following organization standards

Maintain patient confidence and keep all information confidential

Build relationships with our clients and ensure they feel appreciated and at ease

Monitor supplies/inventory as well as stock, clean, and prepare treatment rooms

Perform some admin related tasks, filing, faxing, etc

Other office related duties as needed

Qualifications:
*Previous front desk/admin office experience

*Previous medical experience would be an asset, but not required

*Previous experience in a beauty or aesthetic environment would be an asset, but not required

*Must be able to work quickly and independently

*Must possess an enthusiastic, positive, friendly attitude

*An eagerness to learn and grow the business

Must be available full time, and be flexible to do an occasional evening/weekend shift

Administration: 1 year

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
