Job Summary:
As a Carpenter at Nyce Renos, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for executing carpentry tasks to perfection. Your expertise will be instrumental in bringing our clients' home renovation dreams to life, turning concepts into tangible results. From framing and trim work to installing cabinetry and custom woodwork, you will play a vital role in ensuring every project is completed to the highest standard of quality and craftsmanship.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and fellow team members to understand project requirements, blueprints, and timelines.

2. Perform carpentry tasks, including framing, installing doors and windows, flooring, cabinetry, and various custom woodwork.

3. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other carpentry equipment safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.

4. Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, and other materials with precision to achieve accurate fittings and installations.

5. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards throughout the construction process.

6. Repair and maintain existing structures, identifying and resolving any issues or damages that may arise during the renovation process.

7. Assist in planning and organizing materials, tools, and equipment required for each project to optimize workflow and efficiency.

8. Work with subcontractors and other tradespeople on-site to coordinate tasks and ensure seamless project execution.

9. Maintain a clean and organized work area, leaving the job site tidy at the end of each workday.
