Controlled Comfort Air Inc is a leading Heating / Air Condition contractor and York/Armstrong dealer, as part of their marketing strategy would like to hire enthusiastic **Telemarketer** to generate sales and service by calling customers from our existing customer database. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

As a successful telemarketer you must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs

**Responsibilities**
- Call people using a given phone database to sell products and services
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
