What You’ll Be Doing:

- Lead the TFS business innovation function and team to drive innovation and optimize operational excellence across the organization.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders and leverage data-driven analysis and insights to recommend operational improvements, and new ways to expand our value chain.
- Lead the ongoing development of TFS’ Business Innovation Framework; promoting associate participation, engagement and fostering an innovation culture. Establish KPI’s to measure the progress and success of innovation initiatives across the organization.
- Lead the development of learning programs to ensure TFS leaders and associates have the competencies and tools to support innovation initiatives.
- Manage TFS’ Canadian Kinto mobility programs in partnership with Toyota affiliates and Dealers. Improve and expand on TFS’ mobility services.
- Partner with Toyota affiliates and Dealers on the implementation of the Connected Retail Roadmap to improve the customer sales & service experience.
- Manage, engage and develop a team.
- Lead and manage corporate-wide strategic projects as required.

What You’ll Bring:

- University degree in a business-related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience; preferably in the automotive/automotive finance industry
- Knowledge of innovation best practices, tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to engage and develop team members.
- Strong business acumen with problem solving and root-cause analysis skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather insights from data, build business cases and recommend solutions.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to present complex information to senior leadership.
- Superior time management skills, with proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and innovative with a strong sense of ownership and perseverance to overcome challenges.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and business analytics software an asset.
