- Complex Chronic Diseases Program- BC Women’s Hospital + Health Centre- FTE: 0.2-0.8- Vancouver, BC Canada**The Complex Chronic Diseases Program (CCDP)** is an interdisciplinary program that treats and supports patients of all genders with complex chronic diseases including Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia Syndrome and Symptoms Attributed to Lyme Disease.- The program provides patient-centred care with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals. Central to management is supporting partnership in care and supporting patient involvement in treatment decisions-

You will work with a strong team of physicians providing care to this population in an outpatient clinical setting. You will work in collaboration with program leadership to facilitate complex medical and ethical patient care plans. You are capable of problem solving, achieving results and developing coalitions. It provides specialized women’s health services that address the health needs of women of all ages and backgrounds. BC Women’s provides Ambulatory and Inpatient Services for women with substance use disorder. Advances and provincial expansion of service for this population is a strategic priority.
