911 Nurses GTA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to join our team. The Travel Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing travel arrangements for our healthcare professionals to ensure smooth and efficient travel to their assigned locations.

**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate travel arrangements for healthcare professionals, including flights, accommodations, rental cars, and other transportation as needed.

Ensure all travel arrangements are in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Track travel expenses and manage travel budgets.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of travel schedules and itineraries.

Communicate travel details to healthcare professionals in a timely and professional manner.

Manage travel-related issues and provide timely and effective solutions to any problems that arise.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth coordination of travel logistics.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel coordination or a related field.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking software.

Knowledge of travel regulations and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
