We're looking for a dynamic leader to propel our Supply Chain operations to new heights As the Team Lead, Supply Chain Systems, you'll spearhead a talented team of Application Engineers, crafting innovative Enterprise solutions that bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and our business partners.
In this pivotal role, you'll drive the technology strategy and deliver transformative solutions within our supply chain POD. Your expertise in ERP systems and Supply Chain processes will showcase the game-changing impact of technology on our business.
You'll be the lead in every stage of requirements delivery— from meticulous planning and analysis to functional design and deployment. Plus, you'll inspire and mentor a team of Application Engineers who are the heartbeat of our organization. **_ What You'll Do:_**
- Lead the technology suite that builds and maintains trade, order fulfillment and logistics related platforms.
- Recommend technological solutions to promote business growth
- Work extensively with 3PLs, define and manage changes to EDI messages, and manage technical relationships
- Ensure high-quality delivery of developed technical solutions; perform system updates within technical and business guidelines
- Maintain expert level knowledge of the ERP system, D365 and other integrated systems
- Resolve system and business problems and serve as an L2/L3 support for production break-fix issues
- Work with Product Owners to aid in establishing size and scope of business requests
- Monitor team member performance, set individual goals, and assist with performing yearly reviews
**Qualifications**
**_
Let's Talk About You:_**
- 7+ years’ experience as a technology lead, implementing Enterprise solutions
- 3+ years’ experience as a supply chain solution expert, supporting continuous improvement
- University Degree in relevant discipline such as Business, Information Technology, Management, or Information Systems, or equivalent of experience
- Experience working with agile/scrum methodologies
- 5+ years experience in D365
- Change Management and SOX related knowledge is an asset
