**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Advertise / recruit staff in a proactive manner.
- Interview potential new employees.
- Exit interviews, Termination letters as required my Management.
- Maintain employee files in confidence.
- Coaching employees.
- Motivate employees.
- Ensure employees are aware of their job description, employee onboarding.
- Be the impartial intermediary for all employees.
- Promote employee respect.
- Employee appreciation programs.
- Employee discipline per company policy, as instructed by Management.
- Open door policy for employee.
- Employee performance review compliance (by-annual reviews).
- Employee salary benchmarking.
- Conflict resolution.
- Employee payroll audit and approval.
- Process review optimization.
- Review employee suggestions and bring forth to Management.
- Employee contract reviews.
- Supervisor / management continuous training program compliance.
- Uphold all Federal labor board regulations.
- Optimization of HR process where possible.
- Other duties as required by Management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $51,966.00-$56,990.00 per year
