Automation Analyst, Summer 2023 Co-op

**What is the opportunity?**

A position within Transformation and Enterprise Operations (TEO) Automation team that delivers first class automation solutions to business partners providing: governance, support, coaching, code reviews, process design consulting, and building of automation solutions.

**What will you do?**
- Develop solutions to meet clients’ growing needs for automation and enhancing process controls & governance.
- Automate reporting processes by using the combination of tools of Blue Prism, VBA and SQL.
- Confirm that projects adhere to development standards and guidelines.

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- Currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution with a focus in industrial engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, business commerce, business administration, finance, or accounting.
- Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written).
- Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast paced environment.
- Advanced MS Office skills in Excel.
- Experience in SQL and or VBA.

**Nice-to-have**
- Process Expertise: Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Green Belt or Black Belt Certification.
- Automation Expertise in one or more of the following: Blue Prism, Pega Robotics, Work Fusion.
- BI Tools including Tableau, Elastic, Power BI.
- Strong MS Office Skills: Visio, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Prior experience in data integration of disparate data sources.
- Knowledge of design, development, and implementation utilizing current analytics technologies and architecture, as well as data warehouse concepts and methodologies.
- Relational database concepts and design experience.
