The Line Cook is responsible for aiding the Sous Chef and Executive Chef with the daily operation of the kitchen within the food and beverage department.
- Ensure food philosophy is maintained TASTE INTEGRITY PRACTICE
- Exceed member/guest expectations in quality and service
- Ensure the highest standard in preparation of food production and delivery
**Responsibilities include**:
- Food production, preparation, presentation, and service delivery
- Monitor food quality, to ensure proper standards
- Participate actively in a multi-functional work environment
- Requisition food and supplies and provide input on new purchases and repairs
**Requirements**: - Minimum 3 years’ culinary experience
- Well-versed in all areas of kitchen operations
- Food Safe Certification
- Red Seal Certification preferred
Physical fitness is important as kitchen duties often require the ability to lift heavy loads (35 kg). This role requires being available for a variety of shifts, weekends, and some holidays.
**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
