**New Installations & Modernizations Coordinator (Bilingual)**:

Le coordonnateur des nouvelles installations (NI) / modernisation (MOD) est responsable de la gestion et de l'amélioration continue des services de soutien et de coordination pour tous les projets NI et MOD, de l'attribution à la clôture. Soutien technique
- Interpréter des dessins architecturaux et des plans afin d'aider à la préparation des estimations d'emploi et des soumissions
- Examiner les spécifications techniques pour déterminer les matériaux et les pièces nécessaires à l'installation et à la modernisation, et passer des commandes en conséquence
- Aider aux visites sur le terrain pour évaluer l'état de préparation et la progression des conditions du site pour les activités d'installation et de modernisation
- Examiner les listes de déficiences de consultants, et coordonner les activités requises pour assurer la résolution

Administration
- Aider l'équipe de nouvelle installation et de modernisation dans tous les aspects de leur travail, y compris le traitement de la documentation du projet, le traitement des fournisseurs, les demandes sur le terrain et les demandes des clients
- Préparer la documentation requise pour la mise en service des équipements
- Préparer et envoyer les documents de projet, la correspondance et les manuels
- Assister aux réunions sur la construction, préparer et distribuer les minutes des réunions
- S'assurer que les facturations des projets et les factures des fournisseurs sont exactes
- Aider à la collecte des factures
- Tenir à jour des bases de données techniques et ISO
- Toutes autres tâches administratives

Gestion des processus
- Soutenir le processus d'offre et de devis
- Examiner les contrats des clients pour s'assurer qu'ils coïncident avec les politiques d'installation de Schindler
- Surveiller et mettre à jour SAP et Project Planner pour s'assurer que toutes les dates d'étape importantes du projet sont respectées
- Aider à la coordination et à la réception du matériel dans l'entrepôt, ainsi qu'à la coordination de l'expédition et des livraisons aux sites
- Aider au contrôle des coûts du projet par la préparation, l'émission et le traitement des ordres de modification de contrat et l'examen des factures des fournisseurs et des billets de temps de l'équipe de construction pour assurer l'exactitude et le codage des comptes appropriés
- Aider à maintenir les jalons du projet en aidant les ventes avec le processus d'approbation
- Planifier, surveiller et contrôler le processus de présentation pour respecter le calendrier du projet
- Planifier et coordonner les inspections de tous les projets

Orientation client
- Communiquer avec les clients internes et externes, y compris les entrepreneurs généraux, les architectes et d'autres métiers
- Appliquer la connaissance des exigences des ascenseurs et des codes du bâtiment pour répondre aux demandes des clients ou des architectes
- Aider avec la mise en service aux clientsSanté et sécurité

**Santé et sécurité**
- Appuyer les processus et les programmes liés à la santé et à la sécurité.
- Effectuer un examen annuel des exigences relatives à l'outillage sur le terrain et à l'équipement de sécurité.

Nouvelle installation
- Organiser les inspections des autorités provinciales de la sécurité et surveiller leurs progrès
- Surveillez le plan de main-d'œuvre hebdomadaire de la nouvelle installation et complétez les mises à jour du budget et des prévisions
- Aider aux activités de nouvelle installation au besoin
