Physiotherapy Clinic Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check-in patients at the front desk
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Collect and update patient information in electronic medical records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate staff member
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
- MVA & WSIB billing
- Ensure a clean and organized office environment

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a multidisciplinary office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems (Jane app currently being used in clinic)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
