- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, assisting with check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and inquiries to ensure a seamless travel experience.
- Inspect and verify passenger documentation, issue boarding passes, and place bag tags on checked luggage.
- Make clear, accurate announcements regarding flight activity, boarding, and other relevant information over the airport’s PA system or at the gate.
- Assist passengers with special needs and provide mobility support as needed.
- Coordinate with airline personnel to ensure on-time operations, including flight schedules, delays, and gate changes.
- Handle customer complaints with a calm, professional demeanor, providing solutions for ticketing, baggage issues, and disrupted travel arrangements (e.g., cancellations or delays).
- Ensure compliance with all security and safety protocols, maintaining high standards in the workspace, including regular sanitization.
- Contribute to good housekeeping practices by keeping passenger areas organized and maintaining a professional appearance.

- **Previous experience** in aviation or a related customer service role is preferred.
- **Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills**, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with passengers and team members.
- **Ability to lift** and carry up to 50 lbs independently and assist passengers with mobility needs as required.
- **Availability to work flexible schedules**, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays, to support the airport’s 24/7 operations.
- **Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment**, handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- **Professional demeanor** with strong problem-solving skills, particularly under time constraints or when managing passenger concerns.
- **Willingness to work as part of a team**, collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to provide excellent service.
- **Must be able to obtain a Restricted Area Identification Card** (RAIC) and complete the Passenger Service Agent training course.
- **Fluency in English is required;** proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- **Basic proficiency** with dispatch and airport information systems or the ability to learn new software tools quickly.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.05 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
