**About the Role**

RBR is seeking a dynamic Finance Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting financial transactions across the organization, including accounts payable/receivable processes and other financial administration tasks. You will also provide cross-functional support by assisting with various HR functions, such as setting up new employees in ADP Workforce Now, administering benefits, and facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes. Please note this is a 12-month contract with the possibility of permanency.

**What You'll Do**:

- Accounts Payable:_
- Reconcile and entry of vendor invoices (3-way matching of internal PO to internal Receipt to Vendor Invoice) for payment processing
- Clearly log accounts payable documentation for payment processing and resolving discrepancies
- Correspond with vendors periodically for account statements, inquiries, and resolutions
- Process employee expense reports
- Reconcile corporate credit cards on a monthly basis
- File and organize vendor invoices and other relevant documents
- Accounts Receivable:_
- Prepare and send invoices to customers
- Assist with customer collections or advance payments
- Analyze and resolve collection issues
- Financial Administration:_
- Manage the various financial inboxes
- Provide data entry support in financial systems
- Assist with month-end close processes as required
- Perform other financial administration duties or projects as required
- HR Support:_
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including updating HRIS/payroll systems and asset retention
- Facilitate and process benefit and retirement program enrollments and changes
- Initiate HR metric reports and conduct data audits as required
- Additional activities and projects as bandwidth permits
